number 2, They are not accountable and never open on time. If you say 10:00 a.m. you should honor the customers time and not blame Uber. That's lack of responsibility and accountability.

Steve is a great barber. Decided to walk in on a Thursday. To test the place out. Was highly impressed with the quality of my haircut. Steve was able to cut my hair according to the shape of my head perfectly. And he knew exactly how I wanted it from our brief consultation beforehand. He knows his craft and has that attention to detail that I will pay an arm and a leg for every time because I know I’ll get what I want. I will be back.
